Discover One-of-a-Kind Treasures at Our Antique & Estate Jewelry Event
Published: Sep 13, 2026

Some jewelry tells a story. This week, we're inviting you to come find yours.
Our Antique & Estate Jewelry Event is back, and it's bringing exceptional treasures from every era to both of our Calvert County locations. Kathy and Claude Dickinson have hand-selected this stunning collection from top antique and estate jewelers in the industry, and we cannot WAIT to share it with you.

The collection kicks off in Dunkirk:
Tuesday, September 15 – Thursday, September 17
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Then it heads to Prince Frederick:
Friday, September 18: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, September 19: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
And here's the best part: our Private Collection of Antique & Estate Jewelry will be available at both stores all week long, so no matter when you stop in, there's plenty to explore.
Why Estate Jewelry Is Worth the Hunt
If you've never shopped for antique or estate jewelry before, here's the quick version: antique jewelry is generally 100 years old or older, while estate jewelry simply means the piece had a previous owner (it can come from almost any era). Our collection includes both — from Art Deco elegance to Mid-Century glamour — sourced from jewelry shows, estate sales, and customers passing along beloved pieces.
Every item has a history. And honestly? That's part of the fun. You might find a vintage engagement ring with details you'll never see in a modern case, a bold estate necklace, or a gorgeous piece of gold jewelry that has you saying, "Wait, I need to try that on."
Estate jewelry can also be a fantastic value — beautifully made, well cared for, and ready for its next chapter, often without the price tag you'd expect from new jewelry.
? Insider Tip: Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking an appointment for a more personalized shopping experience. Plus, when you book ahead, you'll receive a special gift just for attending!

Because good jewelry deserves more than one chapter — and we'd love to help you find the piece that starts its next one.
Visit us this week at Dickinson Jewelers in Dunkirk or Prince Frederick, Maryland, and see what a century (or more) of craftsmanship looks like up close.
